PALEOS.IO END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User" or "You") and PALEOS.IO ("Developer," "We," "Us," or "Our") governing your use of any Android application, software, or APK provided by PALEOS.IO (collectively, the "Software").

By downloading, installing, or using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, do not download, install, or use the Software.

1. OFFLINE & PRIVACY-FIRST COMMITMENT

PALEOS.IO applications are designed to be offline, distraction-free, and privacy-hardened.

•No Network Access: The Software does not request, require, or utilize Android INTERNET permissions. It is architecturally incapable of connecting to the internet, transmitting telemetry, or phoning home.

•No Data Collection: We do not collect, store, share, or monetize your personal data, usage metrics, or metadata. All data generated or used by the Software remains strictly local to your device.

•No Third-Party SDKs: The Software contains no advertising frameworks, analytics trackers, or third-party cloud SDKs.

2. LICENSE GRANT

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, PALEOS.IO grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the Software on devices you own or control for your personal, non-commercial use.

3. RESTRICTIONS ON USE

To protect the integrity of the Software and the PALEOS.IO ecosystem against futuristic compilation attacks and malicious repackaging, you agree that you will not:

•Decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the Software.

•Modify, adapt, alter, or create derivative works based on the Software.

•Distribute, license, lease, sell, or resell the Software or its components.

•Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices, copyright, or trademark claims within the Software.

•Use the Software for any illegal, unauthorized, or malicious purpose.

4. CLOSED SOURCE & "FREE-MIUM" NATURE

All applications designed by PALEOS.IO are closed-source software. Access to the source code is intentionally withheld to protect the developer and the userbase. While the Software may be provided free of charge, PALEOS.IO reserves the right to implement premium features, require specific installer utilities (such as Installer Rex for non-rooted devices), or alter the distribution model at any time.

5. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES (AS-IS)

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, PALEOS.IO DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

PALEOS.IO DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR COMPATIBLE WITH ALL DEVICES OR FUTURE ANDROID OS UPDATES. YOU USE THE SOFTWARE AT YOUR OWN DISCRETION AND RISK.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL PALEOS.IO, ITS CREATOR, OR ITS AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, DEVICE DAMAGE, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

7. TERMINATION

This Agreement is effective until terminated. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically without notice from PALEOS.IO if you fail to comply with any term(s) of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and delete all copies from your devices.

8. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Maine, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under this Agreement will be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Cumberland County, Maine, and you hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue therein.

9. UPDATES TO THIS AGREEMENT

PALEOS.IO reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Updated versions will be made available on the PALEOS.IO website (https://paleos.io ) or distributed with Software updates. Continued use of the Software after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
